What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. We also process limited technical information needed to protect the form and website from spam, fraud and abuse.
Why we use it
We use your data to review your request, respond to you and take steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. We also use limited technical data for our legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse.
Service providers and international transfers
We use Vercel to host the website, our configured email provider to deliver contact messages and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, these transfers are covered by data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We may keep contact messages for up to 24 months after the last related communication, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for an established legal claim. Technical IP data used for contact form rate limiting remains in memory for about 10 minutes. Vercel Analytics uses a visitor hash that is discarded after 24 hours and reports aggregate information for the relevant reporting period.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing where applicable.
